Windows XP Setup without access to pior Windows version

My computer was running Windows 98 but it crashed. I
reloaded 98 but it will only run in SAFE mode, meaning I
cannot access the CD-ROM drives to upgrade to my copy of
Windows XP. XP says I cannot operate Setup without a
Windows version running. Catch-22!

How do I install Windows XP?

Thanks for any help!
 
download or order the xp setup floppies
the executeable will make floppies for you just follow
screen instructions
