windows xp service package 2

i'm really having a hard time getting this to download. what i gathered is
that there should be a wizard to help yet i have not seen one. i have not
seen the tool bar that is suppose to accompany the explorer. i've downloaded
and followed all direction and nothing. i'm wanting the windows movie maker
2.1 also and can't find that anywhere either. please help with any info at
all. if i try to re install the sp2 my update say it hAS ALREADY BEN
INSTALLED SO I'VE TRIED UNINSTALLING AN REINSTALLING SAME PROBLEM. help

Right click your My Computer Icon and
from the menu...choose...Properties.

Under System on the General tab you
will see "Service Pack 2" if it is installed.

If SP2 is installed...you should have MM2.1

Try going to...Start / Run and type:
moviemk.exe and press Enter to launch
MovieMaker. Now...in MovieMaker...go to...
Help / About to see your version number.

You should see...

Windows Movie Maker Version 2.1.4026.0

If you do not have SP2 installed...try
downloading the complete file from the
following site:

Windows XP SP2

Once the file is downloaded...install as per
the following instructions:
(Close all programs, especially Virus
Scanners during the installation)
