Windows XP Service Pack 2

I am having 2 problems with Service Pack 2 in our organization.
1. Our SUS begins the synchronization with the server everyday, it runs for
over an hour as if it is downloading the service pack and then I get the
following error. "Failed to download from URL ... (Error 0x8007000D the data
is invalid.)"

2. I downloaded the service pack for IT professionals to our system and when
I try to run it on a particular machine I get the following error ... "*.exe
is not a valid win32 application".

Any suggestions on how to solve either or both of these issues.

The download could be incomplete, retry downloading it.

Most likely one of two things, either you downloaded the 64-bit
version of SP2, or the downloaded file is corrupt.
