Yesterday, as constantly advised by Microsoft and when
auto update indicated, I downloaded the latest security
updates for my windows xp professional computer. These
duly downloaded I installed them and when requested to
reboot I did. The computer started up and when the log on
screen appeared my administrator log on logo had
completely disappeared. Luckily I had another
administrator account set up but not configured and could
get into my computer. I have set this account up to be
able to do some of my work but I desperately need to be
able to log on to my administrator account for a lot of
my other work. Please advise how I can get the
administrator logo to re-appear on the start up page as
all the administrators information still appears to be in
the computer.
