Hi,

Well there is a weird problem with my windows these days.
As soon as i try to enable my LAN from network neighbourhood. my PC
just reboots.

if by any chance the LAN is enabled and i plug in the LAN cable windows
just freezes and stops to respond. So i end up doing a reboot again.

Please let me know how can i resolve this problem.

The LAN driver might be corrupted or your LAN port is damaged. I should say,
try to reinstall the drivers of your lan port (original or mainboard
drivers). If you then still have the problem, you should try another network
port (if any).

Open Control Panel - System - General and click on the Settings button
in the Startup and Recovery (bottom) section. In the Startup and
Recovery window click on the checkbox for "automatically restart" to
clear it. Click on Apply and OK as needed to exit.

Now try enabling your LAN. You should receive an error message,
probably a "Blue Screen Of Death" STOP error. If so then the contents
of the error message including all of the codes and parameters will be
a direct clue as to the underlying cause of your problems. Post that
information back here.

Good luck
