Windows XP rebooting

I'm running windows XP on a Patriot 2520, Windows seems
to reboot, i tried out some help from here and have an
error code *** STOP: 0x0000004E (0X00000099, 0X0001C840,
0X00000000, 0X00000000.) It also has PFN_LIST_CORRUPT if
this is any use in helpin me it would be much appreciated
