Hello! I installed Windows XP Professional via the
telephone with a Microsoft tech upgrading from Windows
98. We did a clean install. I am not trying to re-
install my Sony Clie Pocket PC. I keep getting the error
message that the
IKernel.exe file is missing. I went online to the online
support several times, they told me to do several
things. Nothing worked. They told me I would have to do
a "Quick repair install" and if that did not work,
another Clean install,(which I would rather avoid if
possible!)
Can you tell me how to do a "Quick Repair Install" on
Windows XP Professional?
