Windows XP Professional GUI changed to a different language.

The windows XP Professional GUI changed to a different
language.
It appears to be Chinese or Japanese.
This happened following the Blue screen of death while
booting the system.
The only message I could read seemed to reference win32.sys
thanks for any help with this.

What did you install right before this happened? Old versions of EZCD can
cause this.
