I have Windows XP Home Edition on my computer and I have
noticed lately that I am running on average 95 to 100
Processes. It seems that the more Processes that are
running the slower the computer. Any suggestions as to
which Processes I should only run to keep the computer
running as fast as possible ?

tools,,,system restore,,,restore to a previous date prior
to your stupidity.

Take it easy - we can work through this. First, you need to tell us exactly
what is wrong. "Blew away" doesn't give us anything to work with.

To change the screen resolution, do this: Right-click on the desktop and
select Properties. Open the settings tab and on the lower left you'll see
Screen Resolution. Move the slider until you get back to your original
screen resolution.

The "Dell stuff" you are missing can be found on your Dell Resource CD and
your Dell Tools CD.
