If it is just out of nowhere, I would think there might be a setting in the
BIOS to shutdown when the CPU reaches a certain temp point. Have you cleaned
the fans, case, etc of dust? Does it do it when you run a program? Changed
video drivers lately? (or add anything else new)? Do you have a UPS with a
battery that is going bad?
