Windows XP Pro kept rebooting during boot up

Hi,
I got a windows xp pro computer that kept rebooting during
the startup screen (logo). I tried to go to safe mode or
last know good conifg but they does the same thing.
Anyone can help me?

my SP2 began suddenly rebooting during startup just before the login
sound, and would do this continuosly. I eventually stopped the machine
and booted into safe mode. From there I ran msconfig and stopped most
of the startup programs during boot and then it rebooted ok. Then I
went back and enabled a few at a time and it worked fine after that. I
never did find the program or driver causing the reboot, but it healed
on its own.
