windows xp pro file downloading interrupted

When my file downloading was interrupted, i can not continue it. I must
replay it. Why?
Proffessional should work good.

How do you connect to the Internet - dialup or broadband? What browser
are you using? If you want the ability to resume downloads, use a
download manager. Just be very careful to choose one that doesn't come
with spyware. In addition, not all download sites support resuming a
download.
