Windows XP Pro and Outlook 2000

I have setup two users to log in, my wife and I. Is it
possible to see each other's calenders in Outlook 2000
without having to switch users? Is it possible see one
of the other users calender availability when making an
appointment and book that person i.e. attendee
availability? This would then automatically update the
other users Outlook.

I guess I want to know if Outlook would work as if I was
on a network at the office, with two users logging on to
one machine at home?

Please help.
