Recently installed windows xp pro and cannot get the HP
T45xi to communicate get error -6
Bidirectional communication.
In the hardware profile the Bidirectional communication
is greyed out! Both Printer and fax assigned to LPT1 port.
We can print and make a copy directly on the printer
but cannot scan or fax
We've exhausted HP's tech support and have tried all of
HP's suggestions.
Any suggestions would be apreciated. Thanks!
