Does anyone have a listing of Anti Virus programs that will work with 64 bit
processing?

Also the same goes for Spy Ware removal programs and Firewalls.

I use AVG Pro - http://www.grisoft.com

You do have to pay for it ($40 US), but that is for both the AV and
Firewall, and it is good for 2 years, but it works very well on XP x64 and
2k3 x64.
 
The version needed to run with XP Pro x64 is NOT the free version. I think
if you'll go to their website, you'll see that. (Please learn to write
correct sentences with punctuation and capitalization)

Untrue. I'm currently running AVAST 4.7 on WinXPx64, and it was most
certainly free.
