I've got an Windows 2000 Domain, with one of our domain controllers serving
as the print server. I'm trying to add Windows XP print drivers for our HP
LaserJets using XP drivers I downloaded from HP's site. It allows me to
install the drivers, but when I click on the "Sharing" tab under the
properties of the printer, and choose "Additional Drivers", Windows XP is not
listed. This is the case for all of our printers.

Does Windows 2000 Server not support displaying XP print drivers?

Well, generally the HP W2000 drivers work for WinXP....have you tried that?
You can't add "newer OS" drivers in "older" OSes.

Most of the drivers are for Windows 2000/XP, but my confusion came from the
fact that our print server doesn't list XP as one of the installed printer
drivers.

No, and it can't. It doesn't know about XP. The question is, can you add the
network printers on the workstations successfully using the drivers the
server *does* have?
