I have worked with MS on a problem with windows XP. I
keep getting pop up windows whenever a program is
initiated by an .exe file that states there is not disc in
drive A. You can delete the message after a period of
time and continue. There are many other problems in
trying to adapt other than microsoft hard and software.
Now I cannot even reload the XP program in hopes this may
solve some problems. I have E-mailed microsoft and had an
incident # but was never resovled and then archived
without any solution. I had a windows support
#XP/SRX031031605064 and was written off the face of the
earth and have been unable to contact anyone since. Where
is the support and where can I get help.
