Windows Xp Password

hi plz i need help. i have a friend whose pc doesn't let
him enter it because it asks for a password, he doesn't
remember it even with the hint, how can i get that
password?? or erase that?? plz any help would be apreciatte
 
im sorry that doesn't help me, my friend dont even enter
the pc. i mean it's the password from the begginning in the
Blue screen the one he dont have.... plz i need help
