Hi All,
I got out an 'old' machine that I hadn't used for some time yesterday, which
is becoming part of my home network.
It has Windows XP installed on it, problem is its been so long since I used
it that I cant remember the user account password, or the administrator
account password. (Kicking myself for not writing them down some where!)
Anyways...perhaps someone can save me a reinstall - Is there any way of
gaining/resetting either of the passwords? I've heard that using a Windows
2000 CD will give you access to the recovery console, from which you can
reset passwords???
Regards,
Simon.
