Windows XP Palette

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am working on a C++ program that uses the LOGPALETTE
structure with the Palette GDI class to set up a color
palette.

The program works OK with previous versions of Windows
but not with Windows XP, generating a memory exception.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
