Windows XP no access internet

I am running windows XP home. Just one computer,
connected directly to the DSL modem. New users cannot
access the internet. The admin, guest, and two user
accounts work fine. The two user accounts I just added do
not have access to the internet. What did I do wrong. I
added them using the users tool in the control panel.
All user accounts are the "limited user" type, just the
admin account has full system privledges.

I don't post my email address anymore, last time I did I
started getting a bunch of spam right afterward.
 
Are you using PPPoE? They may not have rights to the connection or to the
cached credentials.
