Windows XP newbie please help

I have a dell laptop and every time i boot it up I get this error in my
application event log

Event Type: Error
Event Source: EventSystem
Event Category: (50)
Event ID: 4609

Any ideas???

Can happen because the COM+ Event System service is disabled.

Open Services...
Start | Run | Type: services.msc | Click OK |
Scroll down to and double click COM+ Event System |
Set Startup type to Manual | Click Apply | Click the
Start button | When started, click OK | Close Services
