Windows XP: NetMeeting Facility

Is there a facility in Windows XP, Home Edition
comparable to Net Meeting?

If so, what is it called?

Where can I find instructions for using it?

Netmeeting is still a part of XP, there is no shortcut to it created during
XP setup.

To run Netmeeting, go to Start, type conf.ex in the run box and press enter.
