The computer I am trying to install XP on is currently
using Windows 95. When I put in the CD for WXP, it tells
me that "the file C:\WINDOWS\WINNT32\WINNT32A.DLL could
not be loaded or is corrupt. Setup cannot continue". I
tried to call Support this morning, and spent (literally)
an hour on hold after being assigned a case #. Since I am
using this system at work, I could not hold any longer
waiting for someone to pick up. Since I can't install the
product, I cannot get the product ID to generate an online
support query. Has anyone else experienced this?
Thanks.
