Windows XP Media Centre Skin

I went round my mates house yesterday
he has a new pc

he has windows xp media centre installed!

i thought the skin on his xp looked very nice amd very sexy!

i have xp pro, does anyone know how i could get this skin to work on mine? where to download it from? a link would be nice please.
and no i dont want to go out and buy windows media centre!

do u think i could install media centre on my pc?
