Running Windows XP on a Win2k Domain
I went ahead and renamed our login names this weekend to a more standard
convention. (example Bob1S is now BSmith) However users are able to login
under the old login name on their Windows XP workstations. However they
cannot access network drives, obviously, until they login under their new
login names. My question is, why is XP even allowing users to login under
the old login scheme? And how to correct this.
Thanks!
