Windows xp LOCKED

The administrator account got disabled on one of my machines. I have no
other accounts on this machine to get on it.

I am unable to get into the windows?

What are my options? Any suggestions on how I can re-enable this
account? I

You've tried the SAFE MODE route to the hidden administrators account
have you?

How on earth can you have disabled an admin account with no other admin
account present? I didn't think (in the normal run of things) this was
possible.
 
The built in administrator account in any version of XP can always be
accessed in Safe Mode.
