Even if you go into Safe Mode?

Hi Don,

I just posted this in the newusers group for you. Please try to stick to one
group with any given question, as posting it to multiple groups like this
just makes for more work for those of us trying to help.

Hit F8 at startup (just before Windows begins to load, but after the initial
POST), try Safe mode. If you can get there, go to the Control Panel/Add &
Remove and uninstall the updates.

If not, try Safe mode with command prompt. From there, you can manually do a
system restore by running this from the prompt:

C:\Windows\System32\restore\rstrui.exe

This will start the System Restore gui where you can go back a day.

.Yes, it will not let me into safe mode. When I hit F8
it goes to the screen, then I select safe mode or safe
mode with command prompt and it still just keep rebooting

How about "Last Known Good Configuration"?

Also - if that doesn't work - you may be stuck with a Repair Installation:
