You can upgrade with either the Upgrade Version of Windows XP or the Full version. You can not upgrade with an OEM version. You can upgrade to XP from the following operating systems: Windows XP Home (to Professional only) Windows 2000 (to Professional only) Windows NT 4.0 (to Professional only) Windows Me Windows 98SE Windows 98
