Just bought a new computer. Runs good most of the time. I
keep having an issue with the computer automatically
shutting down. It is not consistent. It says something
about user authority and then pops up a shutdown timer.
What do you suppose is the problem?

you probably have the worm virus, if you don't have an antivirus i suggest
you get one asap or you can go to trendmicro to try to solve your problem
