How do I obtain a copy of "Disk Management" software?

I need to be able to form a dc-rw.

I can't find any formating info in "System Tools".

The only reason to format a CD-RW is when you are using Packet writing
software. Windows XP doesnt include any. If you need help formatting your
CD's, contact the maker of the program you are using to obtain the software.

Right click on the drive, then click Format.
