windows xp home startup

Hello everybody,
a problem
on windows xp home version ( dutch )
after i added 1 new user computer reboot
and now every time i try to start i see for 1 second blue
screen and computer automatically reboot
next time i can choose safe mode, i get in without
problem, i don't see anything "strange" but if i try
again to reboot still the same story
can someone help me

When you do "get in" .. did you try going to Control Panel > Users .. and then deleting the 1 new user .. to see if that would eliminate the problem?
 
yes i did it,
and i went into event list if i can see which kind of
error come up, but nothing!
