Windows XP Home Internet Problem

I am having a problem with windows xp and the internet.
When I login with an Administrator account I can surf the
internet without any problems. If I login with a limited
account I can't surf the net. Does anyone know how to fix
this??

what happens if you try?

What kind of Internet connection do you have?

I had the same problem when my kids had tried to install
a networking program (like kazaa) using a restricted user
account. Only solution I could find was to do a system
restore to an earlier point before the actual
installation and then apply all patches reøeased after
the date for the restore.
