My system came wth LTC-48161H cd-r/w and dvd combo
This product was using Recordnow software.
I'm getting messages now that says:
(1) Compaq system recovery partition not found,
no software is available for reinstallation.

(2) The feature you are trying to use is on a network
resource that is unavailable.

Note: The system i'm using is
HP Presario S4010CL-B Desktop
with CD-RW/DVD-Rom Combo Drive

Nothing we can do about it - and you're using a Compaq Presario - they might
be owned by HP, but it's still very much a Compaq. Suggest you contact
HP/Compaq support - this is a proprietary issue and nothing we - nor MS -
can do about it. MS does not, cannot and will not offer assistance on OEM
installations.
