Are we talking specifically about MS Office, or Windows XP? Dell MUST
provide you with a method of reverting to factory gate settings.....

I suspect you had a TRIAL version of Office on your machine. You will have
to either buy a licence to use it, or install something like Open Office,
which, unless you need the very advanced features of MS Office, will do just
as well and is free.

SORRY I AM TALKING ABOUT WINDOWS XP. ALL THAT CAME WAS 2 CDS WITH APPLICATION FOR REINSTALLING DELL INSPIRON EUROTOOLS SYSTEM SOFTWARE WRITTEN ON THEM AND WORKS 7.0>

As Gordon says Dell should have provided you with a means of reverting back
to factory settings. Contact Dell Support and request the necessary software.

if you bought this machine new from Dell, then Dell will have provided you
with a method of restoring your machine to factory settings. Look in your
User Manual on how to do this, or contact Dell.
