Windows xp home edition

My computer came with windows xp home edition preinstalled and with the
product key sticker affixed to the top of the tower case. I did not get a
cd. There is not a partition on the hard drive that contains the copy of
windows xp. The eula I have states: "* Back-up Copy. IF MANUFACTURER HAS
NOT
INCLUDED A BACK-UP COPY OF THE
SOFTWARE WITH THE COMPUTER ON
PHYSICAL MEDIA (e.g. CD OR
PARTITIONED HARD DRIVE), YOU MAY
MAKE A SINGLE BACK-UP COPY OF THE
SOFTWARE. You may use the back-up copy solely for your
archival purposes and to reinstall the SOFTWARE on the
COMPUTER. Except as expressly provided in this EULA
or by local law, you may not otherwise make copies of
the SOFTWARE, including the printed materials
accompanying the SOFTWARE. You may not loan, rent,
lease, lend or otherwise transfer the CD or back-up copy
to another user.
Where can I get a copy to copy that will work on my computer. Any help
will be greatly appreciated!

I just ran into this problem with a friend. After

several calls to Dell it was discovered that their new
policy has eliminated this very important software CD.

After contacting Bombay, they decided to ship my friend
a "Restore Disk" that includes everything needed relative
to Windows. And.... if you don't return the disk,
they'll invoice you for it.

thereabouts. This newsgroup is for Microsoft Access a database product.
