message says sorry for unconvenience, windows did not
start successfully, scroll up & down arrows to select
start windows normally ,safe mode, last best start using
your most recent settings, etc, i tryed all modes to
start, still will not start.

I had this message yesterday and tried to start my
computer in Safe Mode. When I selected it a load of
writing appeard and stayed on the screen for ages.
Assuming it had crashed I started the process again. I
tried again in Safe Mode and left it. After about 10
mins the computer started up in Safe Mode (it appeared I
had not removed a program properly). Have you tried
leaving it for any length of time? I'm not very good with
computers but thought I would suggest this anyway. Hope
it helps.
