I wanted to install my full copy of XP to my hard drive
and when i attempted this it saved to my D: drive instead
of C: (which is my hard drive)How can i remove both
installed versions and start from scratch with XP home
edition?

thanx
patiently waiting

Dear member,
What file system are you using? If you are using NTFS,
can explain the confusion. I believe that if you try once
again, delete the D: installation, and go for c:. Format
c and d, and start from the beginning with booting from
CD option in your BIOS.
Boot from CD and make new installation, and from there
you will succeed.
Let me know via my email OK?
