It is a pentium 4 computer clone, running windows xp home ed. The computer stays on a loop when it is powered on. It display a message with this title "LSASS" and it says "When trying to update a passoword this return status indicates that the value provided as the current password is not correts", it stay just 3 secondes and then reboots automatically, and stays on that loop over and over. Hi Eduardo,

I searched through the Microsoft Knowledge Base to investigate that error
you are seeing, here's an article that describes your symptoms.

You Cannot Log On to Windows XP After Running the Out-of-Box Experience

Is this happening after running the out of box experience? If so, this
might help you out.
