Windows XP home addition fax

I constantly have to remove and reinstall the fax service in windows compontents to make the fax service work.
It will only work one or two times thern get stuck on refreshing the fax printer, deleteing and reinstalling the fax printed does not work.

and ideas ?

Make sure you include error messages, Event viewer and whether your fax
modem is on the Windows XP HCL list.

I can not tell you a lot more, when i try to open the fax console is says refreshing at the bottom and afyer 5 minuets it says all fax printers are inacessable.
No errore in the event viewer.
modem is on list.
Only way to make it work a few days is remove and reinstall the fax service in windows compontents.

SP1 has been installed
It just started to do this after the second time i used the fax service, sorry i cant provide any other info

Have you installed SP1?

This is not a known issue then. It will be hard to solve until it can be
reproduced.
