windows xp - hiberbate

In the last week my e-machine T2482 has started going
into hibernation or stand by when I leave it alone for
just 3 or 4 minutes. I'm lost, didn't change anything.
How can I correct this condition?
 
right click on desktop, go to properties/ screensaver and
change the time before your PC goes to standby.

I already have hibernate disabled in the power options

I discovered the problem. Solved. Last week when I

adjusted the screensaver setup page I inadvertedly
hit on a box which says 'display welcome screen on
resume. I unchecked this box and corrected the problem
