Windows XP goes into Safe Mode then shuts down

When I shut my computer down, I get a screen that
says "Going into Safe Mode"...then everything shuts down
properly (I hope). Is this something I should worry about?
I've never encountered it before using XP and can't seem
to find anything about it anywhere. Anyone else seeing the
same thing?

You may want to read "Resources to Help Troubleshoot Shutdown Problems
in Windows XP" (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=308029), however,
if all works well, I would not worry about this.
