windows XP file sharing

I have networked 2 PC's, In both WindowsXP Home edition
installed. I am getting some problem with file sharing.
From PC-2 I can access my documents folder of PC1. But
Form PC1 I cannot access my document forlder of PC2. I am
bit confused. PC1 is connected with a printer I want to
share this printer also from PC-2. Could you please help?
 
Sounds like ICF is enabled on PC1. ICF should be disabled
for the LAN connection on both PCs.

How would a person know if it was, and how would they disable it in XP?
