Windows XP Error - Need Help

I get this error message after I installed Norton Internet security. "Userinit.exe - Application Error. The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). Click on OK to terminate the application." After clicking on OK the windows backround is visable and the mouse pointer is the only thing on the screen.
 
Clean it out. It should only read:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon -
C:\WINDOWS\system32\userinit.exe,
