Windows XP Embbed - adding network card and drivers

We are getting a machine shipped to us that uses XP embbed. we wanted to add
a USB wireless card to the machine. But don't know what cards would be
supported using XP embbed. Or do i just have to go back to who shipped us the
machine to have them add in support for wireless cards and reship us updated
OS.

Yes, normally, you have to go back to the OEM, who
built the system.
Try first to normal install the drivers.
If this fails, ask the manufacturer.
