My Laptop keeps crashing, usally during startup but sometimes during heavy
program usage (for Example Adobe Photoshop) it flicks quickly to a Blue
screen, but then restarts before i get a chance to read the screen, i have
turned off the automatic restart but it continues. After the computer has
started up again i get a 'system has recovered from a serious error' message
that mentions
'C:\DOCUME~1\WINDOW~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERefb5.dir00\Mini092605-01.dmp' and
'C:\DOCUME~1\WINDOW~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERefb5.dir00\sysdata.xml' it also shows
the error code 'BCCode : 9c BCP1 : 00000000 BCP2 : 80545FF0 BCP3
: F6514000
BCP4 : 00000135 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 768_1' but
when i submit this report to microsoft it says the laptop has overheated, but
how could it over heat when its only just been started, yet i can leave it
running MSN messenger for hours and it will be fine? Any Help would be much
appreciated.
