There is no "corporate". There IS a volume license version that is used for
corporations so they do not need to activate every single installation.
Other than that, there is no difference between a volume license copy and a
retail copy.

The name Windows XP Corporate is often used by users of stolen Volume
License copies of Windows XP.
Volume License Windows XP is almost always if not always Windows XP
Pro.
The Product Keys are different and they are not interchangeable.
Actually, there is no such thing as WinXP "Corporate Edition."
That is a term applied exclusively to pirated (iow, stolen) copies of
the Volume Licensed WinXP Pro by the "warez" aficionados.
