My Hp pavilion zv5240us model crashed the other day and I have
reinstalled the xp home edition of os and then applied the SP2 and
other security patches. But after applying SP2, my control panel is
not working. If I select control panel, my laptop crashes with the
message iksysflt.sys and dumps the physical memory. I have to
practically reboot it to work with it.

Does anybody have any clue for this? mail me to (e-mail address removed)
or (e-mail address removed)

Thanks
Jacks

The iksysflt.sys file is part of Spyware Doctor. Try uninstalling
Spyware Doctor or contact their tech support people.
