Hi Guys,
I have a user who has a laptop that was connected to the domain, he went aboard and was login onto the laptop using cached domain credentials without a problem and then connecting into the office via VPN, however his network password was changed and now when he logs onto the laptop (using the old network password) and connects to the VPN and tries to open Outlook he keeps getting the password prompt, the user enters his new network password however the prompt keeps coming back as the cached password is different.
Can someone please tell me if there is a way of updating the cached domain credentials, or what the best resolution to this issue would be?
