Windows XP Boot Log-- Where is it?

Windows 98 used to have a bootlog that recorded bootup items. Is
there a similar log for XP and where is it? I am having some issues
with my system booting up after removing the IE 7 beta 2. I had to do
a system restore back to the day I installed it to fix problems with
Internet Security from Symantec and deinstall/reinstall Internet
Security. I want to see where it is slowing up, if there are any
failures to load modules etc.

It's called ntbtlog.txt and worthless for boot problems.
